Shipping
Shipping to the majority of mainland UK is £13. Please allow up to 10 days delivery. We hope to get it to you much sooner than this and if you require it sooner than this please let us know and we will do our best to get it to you. Next day delivery could probably be arranged, dependent on availability, but please ask.
Returns
We are a small company and will not be able to stand the cost of returns but if you feel the need to return the Pop-up Surf Pro for any reason (We hope you don’t feel the need to) then please contact us and we will do what we can to help.
Refunds
If you’ve changed your mind and don’t want the Pop-up Surf Pro for whatever reason please contact us and if the item is returned in as new condition within 28 days we will happily offer a full refund on reciept of the item, unfortunately we can’t cover the return shipping costs in this instance. We really don’t want unhappy customers so in the case that a fault occurs (we hope it doesn’t) please get in touch to discuss repair, replacement or refund options.
